- Be 18 years of age
- Submit an application along with the following materials
- A valid drivers license or federal or state issued I.D. showing recent photo
- High school diploma or GED
- A deposit made payable to Central State Massage Academy
- Must be mentally competent
- Must be able to speak and write the English language

Central State Massage Academy has always maintained a policy of non-discrimination.

Academy are equipped for the needs of our physically challenged students.

Students interested in attending Central State Massage Academy should come in person
for an interview. The admissions personnel will enjoy giving them a tour of the school
and providing any information to help with their enrollment decision. CSMA does not recruit
students already attending or admitted to another school offering a similar program of study.
